Share your thoughts on CultureWorks' Theory of Change
As an intentional community of creatives, we want to hear from you - as we set out, in partnership with AORTA (Anti-Oppression Resource and Training Alliance), to refine our Theory of Change, A.K.A. our big picture goals and how CultureWorks works to make those goals happen (who it impacts and the conditions, assumptions held, and activities that CW undertakes). Here are two examples of a Theory of Change from AORTA and CompassPoint.
Most importantly, we want these focus group sessions to be a chance for you to share how you've experienced and engaged with CultureWorks:
- How do you see CW making change in the community?
- What has CW meant to you + how have you participated in that?
- What has worked well at CW?
- What are some things you might like to see change or shift as CW moves forward?
All of this will go towards building and refining CultureWorks Theory of Change. AORTA uses interactive facilitation techniques, visuals and other creative strategies in their sessions - and focus groups will be conducted by AORTA facilitators, Zhaleh Afshar and Kristin Schwab.

Food will be available at each session. If you can only stay for the first hour, that's o.k. - we'd just really appreciate your presence there!
