ABOUT ABOUT

Tax season can be scary, especially for artists, sole-proprietors, and small businesses. We’re here to help!

Whether you’re receiving grants, financially profiting from your art, self-employed or have an LLC, you must file taxes. But, what are the best filing options for your situation? CultureWorks Greater Philadelphia, Leeway Foundation, and Vision Driven Artists have teamed up to help demystify tax season!

With over 12 years experience, Tamara Ali Bey will offer advice, handouts, and help explain some of the more confusing tax subjects for artists. In addition, Tamara will explain the City of Philadelphia’s Business Income and Receipts Tax and how it affects artists, and offer post workshop handouts and digital materials.

All attendees will receive a 15% discount to use Tamara's services.
